Hope everybody is well. By the grace of God, I am back again with a new tune. I hope you like it. Thanks to Techtunes for giving me the opportunity to tune in. This is my first tune on graphic design at Techtunes. Continuing to do a quality and complete tutorial on graphics design, where there are strong -
- 1. Photoshop
- 2. Illustrator
- 3. Adobe In design course (totally free) for Techtunes visitors only.
Today is the first day, so today I am writing about another important thing, not Photoshop or Illustrator, that you have to do at the beginning of your freelancing.
Introduction:
Every freelancer should build a strong position or portfolio. It would be foolish to focus only on Upwork if you want to build a career as a graphics designer. Because at any time Marketplace can suspend your Sadh profile forever. In addition to Upwork, you can get a lot of work from outside the market place.
What is a portfolio?
Suppose you are a grocer. Your store has all kinds of goods, such as rice, pulses, oil, shampoo, snow, etc. Now, if you put it in the store and put it in a sack, instead of arranging it neatly, would you sell one of your goods? No, not any day.
In the same way you are a freelancer or graphic designer. But you have no store, all your designs are taken care of in the folder of your PC. Hey Mister, how will your customer know what you can do?
The word shop in the above example is called portfolio.
One thing that is clear from visiting different big websites and successful people is that you must build a solid portfolio or store outside of your marketplace. Open your own website and put your best designs there. And if you can do SEO, then there is no obstacle to make the site stand out by doing SEO. Because lots of clients will give you work from here.
What are you thinking? Don't know your website design / SEO or don't have money to buy a domain? Brother, then why is there Behance.net? You can sort your free portfolio at Bihens.net. The added benefit is that there are plenty of long term jobs available here as well. Even more valuable work is available than the marketplace. I've got a lot of well-known people who get more than ড 2,000 a month from Behance alone.
Today I will show you how to open an account on Behance.Net and upload a file:
Take a look at this profile by clicking here . A little idea or a little? Let's make your watch.
How to create a profile in Behance?
Click here to enter Bihens's website. Then click on Sign Up to create an Adobe account. Give a strong password. For example @ abj + * 62D , otherwise there will be trouble to sign up. Write down both the login and the password in the diary or somewhere, otherwise you will forget.
Then fill in the account information with the profile picture and finally add it to your portfolio.
The work that you will do every day, you will have to upload it immediately. In this way, your followers, views, likes will continue to grow day by day. The look of your profile will change after one to two years. (But not overnight)
How to add file or portfolio:
Add your pictures by clicking on Add work like the picture above.
Now 3 steps in the above image 1- Upload 2- Upload and Title 3- Save and publish with project details.
In this way, along with constantly designing something new, you will add it to your Behance profile. You will see that you will become famous in the right time and dollars will keep coming in the message. 😛
I am saying goodbye here like today, we will be ready for work from tomorrow inshallah.
